Our minimum rental

period is one week.

At certain times of the year we may be able to offer reductions for groups of four or less. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

What’s included?

The rental charge includes all electricity and fuel. There is a telephone at the cottage. Any calls will be deducted from your security deposit at cost. All bed linen and towels are provided.

A security deposit of £200 is payable and will be returned in full at the end of the holiday minus any deductions for breakages, damage, telephone calls etc.

Changeover

The changeover day is Saturday. Guests are requested to arrive at the cottage not earlier than 4pm and to vacate the property not later than 10am.

Pets

We do allow well behaved pets but ask that you restrict them to the kitchen/living room.

No Smoking

Sorry but we do not allow smoking in the cottage.
