Our minimum rental
period is one week.
*Because Christmas Day falls on a Saturday the Christmas and New Year weeks will run from Wednesday to Wednesday.
What’s included?
The rental charge includes all electricity and fuel. There is a telephone at the cottage. Any calls will be deducted from your security deposit at cost. All bed linen and towels are provided.
A security deposit of £200 is payable and will be returned in full at the end of the holiday minus any deductions for breakages, damage, telephone calls etc.
Changeover
The changeover day is Saturday*. Guests are requested to arrive at the cottage not earlier than 4pm and to vacate the property not later than 10am.
